Most race boats have an official name, which they use for registration documents, AIS tracking and which is displayed on the back of the boat. They then have a race name, which is available to Title sponsors and is used during racing activities.

Previously our title sponsor had both the registered name and official name, but that is changing.

In January next year we will register a new official name for the boat and this is your opportunity to choose it while contributing to the ongoing running costs to keep the boat while until we have signed another sponsorship deal and this is your opportunity to choose that name.

The winning entry will be used on official documents however please note, a new title sponsor will still have the right to name the boat during racing activities.

Entry is open from 8th December 2025 to 5th January 2026 and the winner will be announced before the end of January 2026.

One name per entry and names must be respectful and suitable for official use. UK tax must be charged on all entries regardless of your whereabouts.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ENTERING

A free postal entry route is also available check terms and conditions for details - all proceeds from electronic entries will go towards the upkeep and running costs of the boat.
